Production time

Standard custom orders typically target 5–10 business days for production after payment and any required artwork approval. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.

Large orders, complex designs, supplier delays, holidays and high order volume may require additional time. Business, uniform and event orders receive an individual timeline before the order is confirmed.

Rush requests

Rush service is not guaranteed. Any rush request must be discussed and approved before payment.

Shipping charges and methods

Shipping transit time is separate from production time. Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are shown at checkout when applicable. We don't promise specific carriers, delivery dates or local pickup.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when the selected shipping method supports it. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us with your order number.
